Today, we look behind the scenes with the family of JM and discover the truth about the Terrorism Prevention and Investigative Measures currently being exploited in the UK.

A TPIM takes an individual from their homes and places them in a different area and binds them to conditions that breach human rights on the grounds that the Home Office has reason to believe said individual has committed Terrorism Related Activities (TRA). The individuals are monitored via electronic tags cuffing their ankles, tracking their movements and listening to their conversations. They also have EMS boxes in the houses so they could report their own location.
